For me, artistic creation is an opportunity to explore universal and societal structures through personal experience. I use several different materials, where the idea can generate the technology. Through art, I can search for the comprehensibility and the connections that are so often missed in my everyday life. When I was an adult diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome, it gave me additional perspective on my surroundings and my creation. After an extensive memory loss, I lost large parts of my past and thus also my future. By artistically examining the relationship between time, memory and identity, I can to some extent recreate myself and the world I live in. But I also learn something about the world you live in. If so, I want to tell.
